We are seeking to appoint an experienced Customer Success Manager to continue to drive excellence in how we partner with our global community of leaders and practitioners from the world's largest brand manufacturers. The CSM will support our community across the entire process of engagement in our benchmarks from activation to frequent status updates, managing communications both across the DCG digital commerce, account, and data ops teams and customer organisations.
The right candidate for this role has 5+ years in a global enterprise environment, excellent communications skills, and is obsessed with customer success.
